I am a PhD candidate in Economics at the University of California, Irvine with specializations in public economics, political economy, and applied microeconomics. My research focuses on how state capacity impacts the provision of public goods & services, especially with regards to social insurance and the public sector workforce.

I will be on the 2026-2027 job market.
